unmixly Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Unmixly handles information for its simple, browser-based local AI audio separation service. You can separate vocals and instrumentals without uploading audio files or installing software.
Information we handle
We may process information you provide to create or sign in to an account, such as your name and email address. We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including request, device, and browser data.
If you contact us, we use the details and content of your message to respond and provide support.
Audio processing in your browser
The audio separation feature is designed to process selected media in your browser. Your chosen media file and generated tracks are not uploaded to our servers by that feature.
Your browser may download and cache the processing model and keep locally generated files until you remove them or your browser clears its data.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service; authenticate users; process subscriptions; communicate about account or support requests; and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and payments
We rely on service providers to operate parts of the service, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, email, and payments. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements. You can also manage browser-stored data through your browser settings.
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date above will show when it was last revised.
